摘要 针对传统钢轨位移监测系统效率低、成本高的不足,开发了新型无缝钢轨爬行位移监测系统。系统基于ZigBee无线网络,以ZigBee无线微型控制器CC2530模块为核心,整个无线传感器网络由监测节点、数据汇聚节点和控制终端组成。监测节点分布于钢轨沿线,执行数据采集与无线发送等工作;汇聚节点用于收集和传输数据;控制终端负责处理监测节点采集的数据信息。系统实现了对无缝钢轨温度和爬行位移的数据采集和监测。通过实验验证,系统运行稳定,并且操作简单,使用方便。 In allusion to low efficiency and high cost of traditional rail displacement monitoring system, a new continuously welded rail crawling monitoring system is proposed based on ZigBee. CC2530 Module is used as main unit. The whole system contains data collecting nodes, sink nodes, and control terminal. The data collecting nodes are arranged along the rail line and are used to take charge of data acquisition and transmission . Besides the sink nodes are used to collect data and the control terminal is used to process data. The system has been suc-cessfully used on data acquisition and monitoring. Testing shows that the system run stably, and was easy to oper-ate and to use.
