自体肛门括约肌紧缩术治疗肛门失禁20例手术体会

Surgical Experience of 20 Cases of Anal Incontinence Treated With Autologous Anal Sphincter Tightening Surgery

目的探讨自体肛门括约肌紧缩术对肛门失禁的手术疗效。方法对2012年1月至2014年12月收治的肛门失禁患者采用自体肛门括约肌紧缩术进行治疗并分析疗效。结果 19例与正常人排便机能相同,1例干便能控制,腹泻严重时偶有少量稀便间歇漏出肛外。结论自体肛门括约肌紧缩术治疗肛门失禁疗效可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery for anal incontinence.Methods Patients with anal incontinence received between January 2012 and December 2014 were treated with autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery and their curative effect was analyzed. Results 19 cases had identical defecation functions with normal people.1 case of patient can control dry stools,but occasionally had intermittent leakage of a small amount of loose stools outside the anus when having severe diarrhea. Conclusion Autologous anal sphincter tightening surgery for anal incontinence is reliable and worth being popularized.
