促肿瘤转移的基质溶解因子研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 恶性肿瘤的转移和复发是当今肿瘤治疗的难题,也是导致肿瘤不可治愈的根本所在。研究肿瘤转移相关机制,寻找出抑制肿瘤细胞转移的方法,是提高恶性肿瘤治愈率并延长肿瘤患者生存时间的重要途径。肿瘤转移的过程复杂,并受多种因素参与调控,包括了以下几步:1肿瘤细胞间的黏附丧失并从原发病灶脱落;2突破细胞外基质;3侵入血管及淋巴管;4到达靶组织,继续生长。
