蜂窝状催化剂载体的制备及脱硝性能研究

摘要 以堇青石粉为主要原料,采用挤压成型,制备出具有一定机械性能的蜂窝状催化剂载体,考察了成型助剂对基础坯体成型性能的影响,并加入一定量的催化剂活性组分粉末,采用共混的方式制备出蜂窝状低温脱硝催化剂。结果表明:在100g堇青石粉料中,外加油酸量为6g、硅溶胶为40g、甲基纤维素为4g、麦芽糖为3g时制备出的坯体性能良好,在500℃焙烧3h之后抗压强度达1.46 MPa,当活性组分添加量为50g时,蜂窝状催化剂的抗压强度达1.30 MPa,脱硝效率在140℃时可达85%以上。 The honeycomb denitration catalysis substrate was prepared by extrusion molding with the cordicritc powder as main raw material the forming additives were discussed for the formability of body. The honeycomb SCR denitration catalyst was prepared by blending method with the addition of catalytic active component. The results showed that the mechanical properties was favorable with the amount of colloidal silica, oleic acid ,MC, maltose were 40 g ,6 g, g,3 g respectively on the basis of the content of cordicrite powder was 100 g,and the compressive strength could be 1.46 MPa after calcination at 500 ℃ for 3 h. The compressive strength could be 1. 30 MPa and the denitration efficiency could be more than 85 % at 14 0 ℃ with the active component content was 50 g.
