摘要 根据实际工程研究背景,通过在混凝土中掺加聚丙烯纤维制备了纤维混凝土,然后对其工作性能和力学性能进行了分析。结果发现,纤维的掺入可以明显提高混凝土的劈裂强度,减少混凝土裂缝的产生和发展。混凝土的工作性能随着纤维掺量的增加有一定程度的降低。纤维对混凝土抗压强度影响较小。最后根据实际施工经验,在纤维混凝土施工过程中,一是需要控制原材料的质量,二要控制好混凝土的拌合、运输和浇筑工艺,最后是一定要对纤维混凝土的养护进行监控,从而保证纤维混凝土的施工质量。 In this paper, polypropylene fiber was added into the concrete according to the practical engineering back-ground. The working and mcchanicai performance were analyzed in the paper. The results showed that the fiber can sig-nificantly improve the splitting strength of concrete,decrease the cracking of the concrete and development. The work-ing performance of concrete reduced with the increase of fiber content. Fiber had a little effect on the compressive strength of concrete. According to the actual construction experience, there were several process should be controlled, one was the quality of raw materials,second was the concrete mixing, transportation and casting process,the last was the curing system.
