湖北省招标投标信用综合评价体系建设与运用

Construction and Application of Comprehensive Evaluation System of Tendering and Bidding in Hubei Province

随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断完善,招标投标领域信用体系建设已经成为社会信用体系建设的重要组成部分。如何建立良好的招标投标领域信用体系成为各方关注的问题。论文通过对目前招标投标领域诚信问题的分析,给出了湖北省信用评价体系构建和招标投标信用信息综合运用方案设计的原则和思路,对我省招标投标市场信用体系建设提出建议。

With the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy , the construction of the credit system in the field of tendering and bidding has become an important part of the construction of the social credit system. How to build a virtuous credit system in the field of tendering and bidding has become an issue that has aroused strong attentions. Based on the analysis of current credit problems in the field of tendering and bidding , this paper offers the principles and ideas of constructing the credit evaluation system and the design of the comprehensive application schemes of credit information in tendering and bidding in Hubei province. This paper also puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the credit system in tendering and binding in our province.
