中国男子篮球职业联赛失范现象与治理路径

近年来中国男子篮球职业联赛(CBA)各类失范现象已经严重威胁到了联赛的健康发展,影响到了联赛的形象和声誉,乃至品牌价值和市场开发,CBA联赛若要持续健康的发展,对于各类示范现象必须给予及时的重视。对CBA联赛的失范现象进行了探讨,CBA失范现象主要体现在赛场各类暴力频发、裁判自由裁量失范、惩戒规约标准不一、转会市场契约不足等方面。通过分析和专家咨询认为:管办不分的管理体制、委托代理的目标错位、"利益共同体"的缺失,联赛治理水平的低下等是产生这些失范行为的主要原因,基于此提出了推进联赛"管办分离",打造CBA利益共同体,提升从业人员职业精神,健全联赛法制与监管体系,打造CBA联赛公司治理体系等治理路径。

In recent years,CBA has been a serious threat to the league＇s healthy development,the impact of the league＇s image and reputation,and even brand value and market development,this paper has been discussed.
