中国特色现代大学制度框架下大学内部权力关系研究

Relationship between Powers within Framework of Modern University System with Chinese Characteristics

阐述了在中国特色现代大学制度框架下,大学内部权力结构中的四种权力构成,认为厘清这四种权力之间的关系进行合理分配,从而使之相互制衡、相互配合,对于深化大学内部治理结构改革,建立和完善中国特色现代大学制度具有重要意义,并探讨了构建大学内部权力制衡体系的有效途径。

It is introduced that,the internal power structure of the university consists of four kinds of power.It considers that,how to clarify the relationship between these four kinds of power and how to rationally distribute so as to make them balance each other and coordinate with each other,have great significance to deepen the reform of university internal governance structure,and establish and perfect the modern university system with Chinese characteristics.The effective ways to establish the power balance system in university are discussed.
