试析马克思恩格斯的公平正义观

Marx and Engels's View of Fairness and Justice

针对"马克思恩格斯并没有直接论述公平正义理论的著作""他们在公平正义问题上没有独特观点"的说法,认为这是不正确的,因为马克思恩格斯是在对封建专制制度、资产阶级与小资产阶级的公平正义观的批判过程中形成公平正义观点的。通过阐述这些批判内容,使马克思主义重要思想之一——马克思恩格斯公平正义观的基本线索清晰化。

It is illustrated that,although Marx and Engels did not directly discuss the theory of fairness and justice,but it is not correct to consider that they have no particular point of view on the issue of fairness and justice.They formed the view of fairness and justice in the process of criticizing the feudal autocratic system,the bourgeoisie and the petty bourgeoisie.These critical contents,which constitute the basic clues to the problem of fairness and justice,are also one of the important ideas of Marxism.
