本科层次中外合作办学现状、问题与对策

Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Educationon Undergraduate Level

统计分析表明,中外合作办学中存在地域分布失衡,学科设置不合理,办学层次偏低等问题。政府部门需要制定相关政策,引进国外优质教育资源,设立评价监督机构,加强社会认同等对策,以此鼓励、支持和规范中外合作办学。

The statistical analysis shows that there are some problems such as unbalanced geographical distribution,unreasonable subject setting and low level of running schools in Sino-foreign cooperative education.It considers that government departments need to adopt relevant policies to encourage,support and regulate Sino-foreign cooperative education,such as the introduction of foreign highquality educational resources,the establishment of evaluation and supervision agencies,strengthening social identity and other countermeasures.
