连续性护理服务在IVF-ET患者护理中的应用效果

The applied effect of continuous nursing on IVF-ET patients

目的：观察和评估连续性护理服务在IVF-ET患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选取我院2014年7月-2015年12月收治的1038名IVF-ET患者,随机等分为试验组和对照组,试验组从首诊-降调节-促排卵-取卵-移植等全过程进行连续性的护理干预,对照组采用常规护理干预。对比分析两组患者医疗费用、满意度、妊娠率、焦虑状态及治疗依从性。结果：试验组患者的医疗费用明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）;试验组患者的满意度和妊娠率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;试验组患者的治疗依从性明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;试验组患者的SAS评分均明显低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：连续性护理服务能极大减轻IVF-ET患者的医疗费用,改善患者的负面心理状况,提高患者的治疗依从性,从而提高患者的妊娠率,应用效果显著,满意度较高。

Objective： To observe and evaluate the effect of continuous nursing services on the nursing of IVF-ET patients. Methods： Selected 1038 IVF-ET patients from July 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital and were divided them into experimental group and control group. The patients in the experimental group were treated with continuous nursing intervention during the whole process from first diagnosis-descending-ovulation-ovulation-transplantation. The control group used conventional nursing intervention. The medical expenses,satisfaction,pregnancy rate,anxiety status and treatment compliance of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results： The medical expenses of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The satisfaction and pregnancy rate of the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The treatment compliance of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The SAS scores of the patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Continuous nursing care can greatly reduce the medical expenses of IVF-ET patients,improve their negative psychological state and the treatment compliance,so that to improve the pregnancy rate of the patients. The application effect is remarkable and the satisfaction degree is high.
