基于信息知识信念行为模式的健康教育对胃癌围术期患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响

Effect of health education based on information,knowledge,attitude and practice pattern on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period

目的：探讨基于信息知识信念行为（IKAP）模式的健康教育对胃癌围术期患者负面情绪及生活质量的影响。方法：选取2014年2月-2016年2月就诊于我院的胃癌患者54例,随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组在围术期给予常规健康教育护理干预,研究组在围术期采用IKAP模式的健康教育干预。观察两组患者生活质量、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）评分、汉密顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分及护理满意度。结果：干预后两组生理功能、身体疼痛、生理职能、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、活力、总体健康、健康变化评分均较干预前显著升高,且研究组较对照组显著升高（P〈0.05）;干预后两组HAMA及HAMD评分均较干预前显著降低,且研究组均较对照组显著降低（P〈0.05）;研究组护理满意度较对照组升高（P〈0.05）。结论：对胃癌患者在围术期采用IKAP健康模式护理干预,能够显著改善患者负面情绪,提高其生活质量及对护理满意度。

Objective： To explore the effect of health education based on information,knowledge,attitude and practice（ IKAP） model on negative emotion and quality of life of patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period. Methods： Selected 54 patients with gastric cancer from February 2014 to February 2016 and randomly divided them into study group and control group. The control group received routine health education and nursing intervention during perioperative period. The study group received the health education intervention with IKAP model. The quality of life,Hamilton anxiety scale（ HAMA）,Hamilton depression rating scale（ HAMD） and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed. Results： The scores of physiological function,physical pain,role physical,social function,emotional function,mental health,vitality,general health and health change of the two groups were significantly higher than those before the intervention,and the indexes of the study group were higher than those of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The scores of HAMA and HAMD in the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention and the indexes of the study group were lower than that in the control group（ P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The IKAP health model nursing intervention can significantly improve patients＇ negative mood,quality of life and improve nursing satisfaction in patients with gastric cancer during perioperative period.
