中医辨证施护对急性脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响

Effect of TCM according to syndrome differentiation on recovery of motor function of patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的：观察中医辩证理论护理干预对急性脑梗死患者运动功能恢复的影响。方法：选取我院2014年10月-2015年10月收治的急性脑梗死患者100例,并随机等分为研究组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理干预;研究组在常规护理基础上采用基于中医辩证理论的特色护理干预。观察两组运动功能、生活质量、住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生情况。结果：干预后两组患者上肢、下肢功能评分及生活质量各项评分均较干预前升高（P〈0.05）,且研究组高于对照组（P〈0.05）;研究组患者住院时间、住院费用、并发症发生率均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：基于中医辩证理论的特色护理干预可有效改善急性脑梗死患者运动功能,提高生活质量。

Objective： To observe the influence of TCM according to syndrome differentiation on recovery of motor function on patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods： Selected 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction admitted in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 and randomly divided them into study group and control group. In the control group,routine nursing intervention was adopted. In the study group,characteristic nursing intervention with traditional dialectical theory was adopted on the basis of traditional nursing. The motor function,quality of life,length of stay,cost of hospitalization and complications were observed in the two groups. Results： The scores of upper extremity,lower limb function and quality of life of the two groups were higher than that before the intervention（ P〈0.05）. The score of study group was higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Hospitalization time,cost of hospitalization and complication rate of the study group were lower than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The characteristic nursing intervention based on the dialectical theory of traditional Chinese medicine can effectively improve the motor function and improve the quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
