摘要
针对惠州抽水蓄能电站监控系统下位机的机组核心控制器在运行过程中出现死机的问题,提出了优化PCX CPU安装环境,提高通风散热能力;更换新的型号,采用更好的散热材料,提高自身的散热能力;优化CPU的运算能力,在保证程序运行稳定性的基础上降低CPU的运算负荷等措施,保障了机组运行的可靠性及稳定性。
In the operation of the monitoring system of Huizhou Pumped Storage Power Station,halt fault was observed in the unit core controller of the slave computer. Renovation measures are thus proposed and implemented,including the optimization of the PCX CPU installation environment to improve the ventilation and heat dissipation capacity,replacement with new models and better heat dissipation materials,and optimization of the CPU operation strategy to reduce the CPU load while maintaining its stable operation. With these measures,the reliable and stable operation of the units is ensured.
