摘要
通过数值计算和有限元分析的方法,对1台SF2400-32/2600水轮发电机的转轴强度进行了计算分析,并对两种方法的计算结果进行了对比。结果表明:该转轴强度符合安全运行要求,同时显示出有限元仿真方法在转轴强度分析过程中更加直观准确。
The strength of the rotating shaft in a SF2400-32/260 type hydro-turbine generator is analyzed with the material mechanics method and the finite element method. The results show that the strength of the rotating shaft fulfills the safety requirement. Also,the advantages of the numerical finite element method are demonstrated.
