摘要
为了消除隔河岩电厂发电机原风闸在运行中存在的漏气、复归障碍等安全隐患,采用更换新型风闸及配套管路,新增风闸控制柜等方法,根除了水轮发电机组存在的安全隐患,减少了日常维护的工作量,获得了良好的收益。
In the pneumatic brake system for the hydro-turbine generator unit in Geheyan Hydropower Station,potential safety issues such as the air leaking and resetting malfunction are observed. Renovation measures are thus taken,including the replacement with new pneumatic brake and pipelines,and installation of a new brake control cabinet. With the renovation,the safety risk in the generator unit is eliminated,and the maintenance work is reduced.
