摘要
从一个厂内培训导师的角度,以QDC公司为例,结合其他专家学者的专题研究,对水电行业青工培训的模式、存在问题进行了分析探索,提出了应对措施,可为完善电力企业培训系统提供建设性意见。
Based on the practical experience of the QDC company and the specific studies of other researches,the employee training in hydropower industry is discussed from the standpoint of an internal training instructor. Current training mode and existing problems of the young employee training in hydropower industry are analyzed. Improvement measures are then proposed. It could be a useful reference for the training system construction in hydropower companies.
