摘要
介绍了立式多级长轴深井泵的结构及基本工作原理。考虑到检修的需要,提出了对水泵解体检查和重新安装的方法及注意事项。分析了水泵运行中的常见问题,并提出了处理措施,以延长水泵稳定运行周期和使用寿命。
The structure and working principle of the vertical multi-stage long-shaft borehole pump are introduced.Then,the disassembling inspection and reinstallation procedure and some noticeable issues for the pump overhauling is proposed. Several common problems in the pump operation are also analyzed and corresponding treatment measures are presented,which could extend the stable operation period and the service life of the pump.
