摘要
肯尼亚阿西河81 MW重油发电厂工程项目是世界银行贷款项目,而世界银行对于包括噪声治理在内的许多要求都非常严格。对该项目中的噪声治理问题进行了深入研究,对电厂的噪声源进行了详细分析,结合理论研究成果提出了优化的降噪方案,经过方案的实施,取得了良好的效果,满足了世界银行对于该项目在噪声治理方面的要求。
The 81 MW Athi River Heavy Oil Power Plant of Kenya is a World Bank loan project. Therefore,strict requirements by the World Bank on the project such as the noise control must be satisfied. Firstly,the noise sources in the power plant are analyzed. Then,an optimized noise reduction scheme is proposed and implemented. Practice shows that a satisfactory effect is achieved by the proposed method,which meets the noise control requirement of the World Bank.
