从成功创业大学生人格特质视角谈高校创业教育

On Entrepreneurship Education in Colleges from the Perspective of Personality Traits of Successful Entrepreneurial Students

从苏州全市范围内选取100名成功创业的大学生为样本,以Cattell人格因素问卷为工具,调查及访谈该群体人格特质。调查表明,成功创业大学生群体具有较为典型的人格特征,其乐群性、敢为性、世故性等九大类人格特质得分均明显高于全国常模。调查结果为我们从人格塑造与培养的角度提升当代大学生创业教育,提出了具有价值的参考建议。

This paper selects 100 successful entrepreneurial college students as samples from the city of Suzhou, uses personality factor questionnaire as the tool, and conducts a survey and an interview about the personality traits of the group. The survey shows that successful entrepreneurial college students have common typical personality characteristics and they score higher than others nationwide in 9 categories of personality characteristics such as optimism, courage, sophistication and so on. The results of the survey offer some valuable suggestions for the improvement of contemporary college students’ entrepreneurship education from the perspective of personality shaping and training.
