摘要
网络培训作为教师在职培训的主要模式之一已得到广泛的认同,但大多网络课程重知识、轻活动,以资源为中心而非以学习活动为中心,忽视对受训教师学习内容的深入理解和对学习生态环境的建设。近年来,各级中小学教师网络培训在实践中采取了凝练教学内容,分层递进开展教学活动的方式来引领受训教师实现高层次的学习,培训效果比以往大大提高。
