摘要
通过了解商业综合体的概念及特点,研究了深圳八大商圈的分布情况,并针对深圳商业热点的聚集特征,总结了商业综合体的触媒效应对整个城市商业布局的影响规律,指出未来商业综合体的开发应坚持适量、适度、适时、适地的原则。
Through the understanding of the concept and characteristics of commercial complex, this paper researched the distribution situation of Shenzhen eight commercial districts, and according to the concentration characteristics of Shenzhen commercial hotspots, summarized the catalytic effect of commercial complex, discussed the influence law of city commercial layout, pointed out the development of future commercial complex should adhere to moderate, moderate, timely and accurately principle.
