From the construction technology, natural environment, tube blockage and other aspects, this paper analyzed the main reasons of leak-age phenomenon of building water supply and drainage pipeline, and elaborated the construction technology main points of across the floor, out of outer wall and toilet three drainage pipelines, to ensure the normal operation of water supply and drainage system.
