Combining with municipal engineering construction management contents and features, the paper analyzes problems existing current municipal engineering management, and puts forward corresponding improving measures from aspects of improving safety quality management con-sciousness ,building construction procedure management system and civilized construction, which will be good for improving municipal engineer-ing management level.
