根据实木地板的加工制造流程,运用仿真工具Flexsim,建立了实木地板生产仿真模型,针对生产系统中存在的加工瓶颈进行了优化设计,使得实木地板生产效率得到了提高,证明了Flexsim仿真技术应用于加工制造系统的有效性和可行性。

According to solid wood floor manufacture procedures, the paper establishes solid wood floor production simulation model by applying Flexsim, carries out processing bottleneck optimization of production system, improves the solid wood floor producing efficiency, and proves the efficiency and feasibility of applying simulation technology in manufacture system.
