纯银型材常用作冲压首饰生产的基础材料,其质量状况是获得优质产品的前提。该文对纯银型材加工过程的铸锭、冷变形、退火等关键工序进行了现场调查,采用体视显微镜等进行了分析,总结了几种常见缺陷及其产生的原因,旨在生产实践过程中采取改进措施,获得优质纯银型材。

The pure silver section is used as base materials of stamping jewelry,and its quality is the precondition of high quality products. In this paper,the key processes of the pure silver sections processing were in field investigated,including ingot casting,cold deformation,and annealing,and the causes of the sections defects were analyzed with stereo microscope. The study is aimed at helping production practice carry out renovation process and obtain high quality pure silver sections.
