摘要
对内蒙古某含银铅锌多金属硫化矿矿石性质进行了分析,在此基础上开展了选矿试验研究。其结果表明:采用优先浮选流程及适宜工艺条件,闭路试验可获得铅品位65.92%、铅回收率90.11%、银品位410.03 g/t、银回收率50.35%的铅精矿,锌品位47.38%、锌回收率86.14%、银品位146.38 g/t、银回收率30.22%的锌精矿,试验指标较好。
Experimental studies have been carried out on polymetallic sulfide minerals containing Ag,Pb and Zn from Inner Mongolia based on the analysis of their property. The results show that if such kind of mineral is treated through preferential flotation under proper process conditions,a lead concentrate with Pb grade of 65. 92 %,Pb recovery of 90. 11 %,Ag grade of 410. 03 g / t and Ag recovery of 50. 35 % can be obtained,as well as a zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 47. 38 %,Zn recovery of 86. 14 %,Ag grade of 146. 38 g / t and Ag recovery of 30. 22 %. The experiment renders satisfactory index.
