摘要 磨矿介质是影响球磨机磨矿效率的主要因素之一。山东某大型金矿原采用的低铬铸造钢球硬度小于球磨机锰钢衬板硬度,造成钢球磨损较大、成本较高。企业为实现降本增效,提高经济效益,改用新型耐磨锻造钢球替代原低铬铸造钢球。详细介绍了低铬铸造钢球和耐磨锻造钢球的使用情况。耐磨锻造钢球取得了较好的应用效果:球耗由低铬铸造钢球的1.34 kg/t降低到0.735 kg/t,提高了磨矿效率;在保证获得粒级均匀磨矿产品的同时,月提高矿石处理量4 345 t,生产材料成本年降低195.96万元,且在原矿金品位稍有下降的情况下,金浮选回收率提高0.99%,经济效益显著。 The grinding medium is one of the main factors influencing the grinding efficiency of ball mills. In a large-scale gold mine,the previously used forged low-chromium steel balls whose hardness is less than that of manganese steel liners of the ball mills wear fast and are high in cost. To attain cost-effective production and better economic profits,the mine replaced low-chromium steel balls with a new type of forged wear-resistent steel balls. The paper in detail introduced the application status of the low-chromium steel balls and the forged wear-resistant steel balls and found that the latter has better outcome. The wearing is reduced from 1. 34 kg / t of the low-chromium balls to0. 735 kg / t of the wear-resistant balls,increasing grinding efficiency; the products with the same homogeneous particle size guaranteed,the wear-resistant balls treat 4 345 t more ores; the cost of production materials is reduced by 1. 959 6million yuan; less as the primary ore grade is,the gold recovery rate by flotation is increased by 0. 99 %. The application of the new forged wear-resistant steel balls achieves significant economic profits.
