摘要
根据卡尔多炉处理复杂稀贵物料时烟气高尘、高硒、高变的特点,进行了湍冲洗涤器研发、设计以及在卡尔多炉处理复杂稀贵物料烟气净化回收系统中的应用研究。研究结果表明:在卡尔多炉处理复杂稀贵物料烟气净化回收系统中使用湍冲洗涤器可有效处理烟气量波动大、含尘量高的烟气,其收尘效率达到98%以上,烟尘回收率达到99.5%以上,烟气量变化较大情况下,达到《工业炉窑大气污染物排放标准》(GB 9078—1996)中有色金属熔炼炉的二级标准,并能高效回收烟气中的有价硒。
The paper has described the research on the development,design and application of turbulent scrubber in flue gas recovery system of complex rare and precious metal material treatment by Kaldo furnace in light of the characteristics of high content of dust and selenium and high variable while complex rare and precious metal materials are treated by Kaldo furnace. The research result indicates that the use of turbulent scrubber in flue gas recovery system of complex rare and precious metal material treatment by Kaldo furnace can effectively deal with flue gas with highly fluctuating flow and high dust content. The dust recovery efficiency reaches over 98 %,the recovery rate of the flue gas reaches over 99. 5 %,and when the flue gas amount variates greatly,the recovery rate reaches Grade Ⅱ standard of nonferrous metal furnace according to Emission standard for Air Pollutants from Industrial Kilns and Furnales. The kaldo furance can also recover the valuable selenium from the gas in an efficient way.
