摘要
在分析尾矿资源的堆存现状及其危害的基础上,对尾矿资源进行了无害化处理,将尾砂筛分为粗砂和细砂,粗砂作为建筑用砂,细砂进行精准分离、无害化处理、硅酸盐材料回收与制备及无害化尾渣的生态材料制备,实现了尾矿资源的全回收、零排放。该技术应用于某些矿山企业取得了较好的效果,为尾矿资源的综合利用提供了新思路。
Based on analysis of the current status of tailings storage and its hazard,the study carried out biosafety disposal on tailings and classified them into coarse grain tailings and fine grain tailings. The coarse grain tailings were used as construction sand. The fine grain tailings were further separated and treated by biosafety means while silicate materials were recovered and prepared and non-hazardous tailings slag was made into ecological materials. By the above means,complete recovery of tailings and zero emission are achieved. The process has been applied in certain mining enterprises and achieved satisfactory results,providing new ways for comprehensive utilization of tailings.
