摘要
为推进政府、行业、网民和社会组织进行互联网协同治理,进行了演化博弈研究。基于多群体模仿者动态模型,将互联网治理各方按照性质分为政府与非政府双方。进行演化博弈结果仿真及影响因素分析,研究如何增强在互联网治理中双方的合作动力。为增强互联网企业和网民参与互联网治理的积极性,需要提高互联网治理的政策支持力度、降低互联网治理成本、降低协同治理成本。
Evolutionary game is researched for internet collaborative governance of the government, industries, internet users and social organizations. All sides are divided into government and non gov-ernment based on multipopulation replicator dynamics model. The results of the evolutionary game are simulated and the impact factors are analyzed to enhance the cooperation of both sides for internet collaborative governance. Internet governance policy support should be improved and the cost of internet governance and collaborative governance should be reduced to improve the initiative of in-dustries and internet users.
