摘要
为探讨大鳞鲃Barbus capito仔鱼的最佳开口饵料,采用豆浆、蛋黄、丰年虫和轮虫投喂仔鱼,并对仔鱼的生长性能和鱼体成分进行了分析。结果表明:14日龄后,各试验鱼体质量和体长迅速增加;轮虫组大鳞鲃仔鱼生长情况最佳,14、19、24日龄时,其体质量、全长和成活率均显著高于其他3组,蛋白质含量为16.45%,脂肪含量为8.79%;其次是丰年虫组,24日龄时仔鱼体质量、全长和成活率分别为1545.2mg、22.509 mm和88.7%,显著高于蛋黄组和豆浆组(P<0.05);蛋黄组仔鱼14日龄之前全长和体质量增长较快,后期增长不明显;豆浆组仔鱼生长速率和成活率最低。研究表明,14日龄可能是大鳞鲃仔鱼开口的关键点,用小球藻培育的轮虫最适合作为大鳞鲃仔鱼的开口饵料,前期可配合使用蛋黄等人工饲料。
The effects of four weaning foods including soybean milk, egg yolk, fairy shrimp and rotifers enriched by green alga Chlorella vulgaris on growth performance and body composition of larval bulatmai barbel Barbus capito were investigated in order to explore the optimal weaning food of bulatmai barbel larvae. T he results showed that the fish had increase in body weight and body length since 14 days post hatching (D P H ) with the best growth in the fish fed rotifers which showed higher survival rate, body weight, and body length than those in the fish fed the other foods on 14 DPH , 19 DPH and 24 DPH . There were 16.45% of protein and 8.79% of fat in the fish fed rotifers. The fish fed fairy shrimp had body weight of 1545. 2 mg , body length of 22. 509 mm and survival rate of 88.7% on 24 DPH , significantly higher than those in the fish fed egg yolk and soybean milk. T he larvae had good growth by 14 DPH , and seldom grew later when they fed egg yolk. T he minimal growth and survival rates were found in the fish fed soybean milk. The findings indicated that rotifers enriched by Chlorella vulgaris was most suitable as a w e a-ning food, and that the key point for initial feeding was of 14 D P H in bulatmai barbell larvae, egg yolk being used as a supplement food before 14 DPH .
