散血明目片与复方血栓通胶囊治疗RVO气滞血瘀证患者的临床疗效比较

Comparison clinical curative effect of Sanxuemingmu tablets and compound Xueshuantong capsulein treatment of RVO patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome

目的探究散血明目片与复方血栓通胶囊治疗视网膜静脉阻塞（RVO）气滞血瘀证患者临床疗效及其作用机理。方法随机选取2014年4月~2016年4月宁波明州医院收治的RVO气滞血瘀证患者1200例,根据随机分组法将其分为2组,均为600例。观察组采用散血明目片治疗,对照组采用复方血栓通胶囊治疗,分别对2组治疗后临床疗效及相关积分进行对比。结果治疗后,2组患者视力与治疗前比较显著升高（P〈0.05）,观察组视力水平高于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组眼底出血吸收情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组FFA变化总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）;与治疗前比较,2组高切全血粘度和血浆粘度均降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组高切全血粘度和血浆粘度均低于对照组（P〈0.05）;2组中医证候积分与治疗前比较均降低（P〈0.05）,且观察组显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;观察组中医证候疗效总有效率和治疗综合疗效总有效率显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论散血明目片治疗RVO气滞血瘀证患者效果显著,通过扩张血管,能加速眼底出血吸收治疗视网膜静脉阻塞气滞血瘀证,促进视力恢复,提高治疗有效率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of Sanxuemingmu tablets and compound Xueshuantong capsule in treatment of RVO patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Methods 1200 cases of RVO patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome from April2014 to April 2016 months in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into two groups,600 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Sanxuemingmu tablets,the control group were treated with compound Xueshuantong capsule,the curative effect and relative score of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the visual acuity of the two groups was significantly higher than that before treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than control group（ P〈0. 05）; The absorption of fundus hemorrhage in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate of FFA in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group（ P〈0. 05）; Compared with before treatment,the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the two groups were decreased,and the whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity of the observation group were lower than those of the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The TCM syndrome scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; The total effective rate and the total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Sanxuemingmu tablets has significant clinical effect in treatment of RVO patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,can accelerate the absorption of retinal hemorrhage,treatment of retinal vein obstruction qi stagnation of blood stasis,promote vision recovery and improve treatment efficiency.
