复方中药洗剂对扁平疣患者的疗效

Clinical effect of Chinese compound medicine lotion in flat wart

目的探讨锦州医科大学附属第三医院制剂室复方中药洗剂对本院扁平疣患者的疗效。方法采用共聚焦激光扫描显微镜联和临床诊断的手法收集于2013年3月~2015年3月就诊的本院100例扁平疣患者,将这些患者随机分为治疗组（复方中药洗剂）和对照组（维A酸乳膏）,每组各50例。采用自拟复方中药洗剂或维A酸乳膏治疗20d,治疗结束后比较2组的疗效情况和复发率。结果治疗组的总有效率为94.0%,显著高于对照组的总有效率为76.0%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组的复发率为4.3%,显著低于对照组的复发率28.9%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论自拟复方中药洗剂对扁平疣患者具有良好的疗效,且疗效优于维A酸。

Objective To explore the effect of compound Chinese medicine lotion in the preparation room of the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University on the patients with flat wart. Methods Confocal laser scanning microscopy and clinical diagnosis were used to collect 100 cases of flat warts from March 2013 to March 2015. The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group（ Chinese compound lotion） and the control group（ tretinoin cream） with 50 cases in each group. Self-made compound Chinese medicine lotion or Victoria A acid cream for 20 days,after the treatment,the curative effect and relapse rate of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group（ 94. 0%） was significantly higher than the control group（ 76. 0%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The relapse rate in the treatment group was4. 3%,significantly lower than that in the control group the rate was 28. 9%,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Selfmade Chinese compound lotion on flat wart patients have a good effect,and its curative effect on verruca plana is better than tretinoin.
