跳跃运动员的合理营养与膳食设计——以山西师范大学校田径代表队跳跃组运动员为例 被引量:1

摘要 为了调查跳跃运动员的饮食习惯是否良好,以山西师范大学田径队的成员为分析对象,为运动员合理、平衡膳食提供一定的理论依据,运用问卷调查法对山西师大田径代表队13名跳跃组运动员进行了饮食情况调查,经过统计分析得出:山西师大田径代表队跳跃组运动员的早餐习惯较为良好,同时摄入主食的含量也较为均衡,每天都能够摄入一定数量的蔬菜、水果以及蛋白质,但是摄入的量不足,没有达到机体所需的量,运动员对食物营养价值的了解严重不足。根据得出的相关结论,给山西师大田径代表队跳跃组运动员的膳食进行了比较科学的设计:制定科学合理的膳食习惯和规律,确保主食摄入量,加大奶制品的摄入量,合理搭配摄入蔬菜、水果、豆类,加强运动员的食物营养价值知识教育。 In order to investigate whether the eating habits of jmnping athletes are good or not, using the inembersof the track and field team of SharLxi Normal University as the analysis object, providing a certain theoretical basisfor the athletes reasonable mid balanced diet, this paper uses questionnaire method to investigate the dietarybehaviors of 13 jmnping athletes in Shanxi Normal University. The results show that the jmnping group athletes ofShanxi Normal University have a better eating habit and more balanced intake of staple food, they could get acertain amount of vegetables, fruits every day. But the amount of protein intake is not enough, which do not meetthe required amount of the body; the athlete 's understmlding of the nutritional value of food is seriouslyinadequate. According to the relevant situation, the dietary of the jumpers of Shanxi Normal University AthleticsTeam has been scientifically designed: making scientific and reasonable dietary habits and rules, ensuring theintake of staple food, increasing the intake of dairy products, intake vegetables, fruits and beans reasonable, andstrengthening the athleteg nutritional value knowledge education.
