气囊管理PDCA床边技能实训对提高ICU护士气囊压力检测依从性的干预效果

Airbag management PDCA bed skills training to enhance the ICU nurses airbags pressure testing compliance intervention effect

目的:探讨气囊管理PDCA床边技能实训对提高ICU护士气囊压力检测依从性的干预效果。方法:选择我院ICU护士36人,进行为期六个月气囊管理PDCA床边技能实训,对实训时间段所发生呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)例数与之前六个月作比较分析,比较培训组护士受训前后气囊压力检测依从性。结果:实训前人工气道30例患者中经监测发生13例VAP。实训结束后对实训期间人工通气33例患者监测发现6例VAP。说明36名ICU护士经床边技能实训后的气囊压力检测频率依从性显著高于实训前,对提高气囊管理水平及缩短患者气管插管时间均有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:通过气囊管理PDCA床边技能实训,显著提高了ICU护士对规范化气囊管理床边技能掌握的熟练程度,保证了人工气道护理质量和抢救成功率,说明床边实训模式对提高ICU护士专科技能水平切实有效。

Objective：Discusses PDCA bedside airbag management skills training to enhance the ICU nurses airbags pressure testing compliance intervention effect.Methods：Choose our hospital ICU nurses 36 people,manage the six-month airbag PDCA bedside skills training,the training time what happened before the ventilator associated pneumonia（VAP）cases with six months for comparative analysis,compare the difference between before and after the training group of trained nurses airbags pressure testing compliance.Results：Before the training of artificial airway in patients,30 monitoring in 13 cases of VAP.After the practice of training during artificial ventilation 33 patients were detected by 6cases of VAP.That 36 ICU nurses after the bed skills training of airbag pressure detection frequency compliance was significantly higher than that of before the training,to improve the air management level and shorten the time required for patients with tracheal intubation were statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Through air management PDCA bedside skills training,improve the ICU nurse management of standardization of airbag bed skills proficiency,ensure the quality of the artificial airway nursing and rescue success rate,illustrate the bed training mode to improve the level of ICU nurse specialist skills effectively.
