关节镜下移植肌腱交叉韧带重建术围术期手术室护理干预效果

Transplant tendons under arthroscopy cruciate ligament revascularization clinical pathway type operating room nursing intervention effect

目的:探讨关节镜下移植肌腱交叉韧带重建术围术期手术室护理干预对临床疗效的影响。方法:选择接受关节镜下移植肌腱行交叉韧带重建术的50例患者,随机分为对照组(22例)和观察组(28例)。对照组给予常规手术护理,观察组给予包括患者信息化术前访视、术中止血带重点护理、术后跟踪指导和出院后随访等手术室围术期护理干预。结果:两组患者平均手术时间、术中出血时间、术后疼痛消失时间、患者及手术医生满意度比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关节镜下移植肌腱行交叉韧带重建术围术期手术室护理干预,能缩短平均手术时间,提高患者舒适程度,减轻术后肿胀疼痛,提高手术医生以及患者对手术室护理服务满意度。

Objective：Under arthroscopy transplant tendons cruciate ligament revascularization perioperative operating room nursing intervention effects on clinical curative effect.Methods：Choose to accept transplant tendons under arthroscopy line cruciate ligament revascularization of 50 cases,were randomly divided into control group（22cases）and observation group（28cases）.Control group given conventional surgery nursing,the observation group was given including preoperative patients informatization supervision,intraoperative tourniquet key nursing,postoperative follow-up guidance and follow-up after discharge perioperative nursing intervention such as the operating room.Results：Two groups of patients＇ average operation time,intraoperative bleeding time,postoperative pain disappeared time,the patient and surgeon satisfaction compared had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Transplant tendons under arthroscopy line cruciate ligament revascularization perioperative operating room nursing intervention,can shorten the average surgery time,improve patient comfort,reduce the postoperative swelling and pain,improve surgery doctors and patients in the operating room nursing service satisfaction.
