“膳食宝塔”即时成像法对Ⅱ型糖尿病长期住院患者膳食营养干预的作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨"膳食宝塔"即时成像法对Ⅱ型糖尿病长期住院患者膳食营养干预的作用。方法:将67例Ⅱ型糖尿病长期住院患者随机分为两组,即干预组(n=35,膳食营养干预实施"膳食宝塔"即时成像法)、对照组(n=32,膳食营养干预实施传统糖尿病饮食教育),评定两组患者糖尿病合理膳食知识知晓达标率、生活质量评定分数等。结果:干预组患者糖尿病均衡膳食营养知识知晓达标率达88.57%,对照组糖尿病合理膳食知识知晓达标率为62.5%,两组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组生活质量评定分数显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将"膳食宝塔"即时成像法应用于Ⅱ型糖尿病长期住院患者膳食营养干预中,有助于患者尽快掌握糖尿病均衡膳食营养知识,改善其总体生活质量,达到优化糖尿病传统饮食教育的目的。 Objective:"Dietary pagoda"real-time imaging method long-term hospitalized patients with diabetes type Ⅱ dietary nutrition intervention effect.Methods:67cases of type Ⅱ long-term hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the intervention group(n=35,dietary nutrition intervention implementation of"dietary pagoda"real-time imaging method)and the control group(n=32,dietary nutrition intervention implementation of traditional diabetes diet education),to evaluate the two groups of patients with diabetes mellitus dietary knowledge about success rate and quality of life evaluation score,etc.Results:Balanced diet nutrition intervention group patients with diabetes knowledge about success rate was88.57%,and the control group knowledge about diabetes mellitus dietary success rate was 62.5%,compared two groups statistically significant difference(P〈0.05).Intervention group had a significantly higher life quality evaluation score comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:"Dietary pagoda"real-time imaging method was applied toⅡ dietary nutrition intervention in hospitalized patients with diabetes for a long time,can help patients to control diabetes balanced diet nutrition knowledge,improve their overall quality of life,to achieve the purpose of education is superior to the traditional diabetes diet.
