健康教育干预小组对糖尿病性足病患者自我管理能力的促进作用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育干预小组对糖尿病足病患者自我管理的促进作用。方法:选取2013年1月至2016年1月间100例糖尿病足住院患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组给予糖尿病知识常规宣教,观察组实施健康教育干预小组进行系列干预活动;活动周期为2个月,比较两组患者对糖尿病足相关知识的了解情况、自我管理和护理能力及对护理服务满意度。结果:观察组患者糖尿病足知识了解程度和护理能力及护理服务满意度与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:对糖尿病足住院患者实施健康教育小组干预,能增强患者糖尿病足风险意识、认知度及依从性,提升自我护理能力,提高护理服务满意度。 Objective:To explore the health education intervention group of diabetic foot patients self management role in promoting.Methods:Select from January 2013 to January 2013 between 100cases of hospitalized patients with diabetic foot,were randomly divided into observation group and control group 50 cases each.Control group given routine mission diabetes knowledge,observation group health education intervention group series intervention activities;Cycle for 2 months,compared two groups of patients with diabetic foot related knowledge,self management and nursing ability and nursing service satisfaction.Results:Observation group of patients with diabetic foot understanding knowledge,self management and nursing ability and nursing service satisfaction compared with the control group significant difference(P〈0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The implementation of health education in patients with diabetic foot was in the hospital group intervention,can enhance the patients with diabetic foot risk consciousness,awareness and compliance,promote self-care ability,improve the nursing service satisfaction.
