妊娠晚期羊水过少对妊娠结局及围生儿的影响研究

Impact of oligohydramnios in late trimester of pregnancy to the pregnancy outcome and perinatqal infant

目的:回顾分析妊娠晚期羊水过少对妊娠结局及对围生儿所产生的影响,总结积累临床经验。方法:选取我院2011年1月至2015年12月37例羊水过少孕妇和37例正常孕妇,分别作为观察组和对照组,分析两组孕妇的妊娠结局及其围生儿的并发症等情况。结果:观察组孕妇的剖宫产率、阴道助产率、妊娠合并/并发症、围生儿并发症发生率均高于对照组,组间差异显著,P<0.05。结论:羊水过少会导致孕妇剖宫产几率显著增加,以及孕妇合并/并发症和新生儿并发症发生率显著增加。因此,对羊水过少孕妇应注意对胎儿情况进行严密监测,并根据孕妇及胎儿的情况采取相对合适的分娩方式。

Objective：To retrospectively analyze the effect of oligohydramnios in late pregnancy on pregnancy outcome and perinatal outcome.Methods：In our hospital from January 2011 to December 2015,37 cases of oligohydramnios and 37 cases of normal pregnant women,respectively as observation group and control group,pregnancy outcome analysis of two groups of pregnant women and perinatal complications.Results：The observation group of cesarean section rate,vaginal delivery rate,pregnancy complications and perinatal complications were higher than the control group,significant differences between the groups,P〈0.05.Conclusion：Oligohydramnios can lead to a significant increase in the probability of cesarean section,and the incidence of complications and neonatal complications in pregnant women increased significantly.Therefore,pregnant women with oligohydramnios should pay close attention to the fetal situation closely monitored,and according to the situation of pregnant women and fetuses to take relatively appropriate delivery mode.
