探讨丙氨酰谷氨酰胺在脓毒血症患者中营养支持治疗的有效性

To Evaluate the Effectiveness of Alanyl Glutamine Nutrition in Patients with Sepsis in Support Treatment

目的探讨丙氨酰谷氨酰胺在脓毒血症患者中营养支持治疗的有效性。方法方便选择该院2015年7月—2016年7月间收治的50例脓毒血症患者按照随机分配原则分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采取常规营养支持治疗,观察组在对照组基础上增加丙氨酰谷氨酰胺,两组分别在治疗前以及治疗1周后进行血清前白蛋白、白蛋白、转铁蛋白、免疫球蛋白、免疫球蛋白、免疫球蛋白G、超敏C反应蛋白等指标检测,比较两组治疗前后的检测结果。结果治疗前两组患者对各项指标进行检测,组间比较结果差异无统计学意义;治疗1周再次进行检测,观察组PA、ALB、TF、Ig A、Ig M、Ig G等指标明显高于对照组,且P<0.05;而hs CRP指标则有观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论给予脓毒血症患者常规营养联合丙氨酰谷氨酰胺支持治疗,不仅能够改善患者高代谢现象和免疫反应,还能控制炎症反应,减轻机体损伤,为患者日后的预后工作提供良好的身体基础。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of alanyl glutamine nutrition in patients with sepsis in support treatment. Methods Convenient selection 50 cases of sepsis patients from July 2015 to July 2016 were randomly assigned randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The control group received routine nutritional therapy, the observation group in the control group on the basis of alanyl glutamine, two groups of serum prealbumin,before treatment and after one week treatment of albumin, transferrin, immunoglobulin, immunoglobulin, immunoglobulin G,high sensitive C reactive protein and other indicators of detection, detection the results of two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results Before treatment, two groups of indicators for the detection results between the two groups was not statistically significant; one week of treatment were detected again, the observation group PA, ALB, TF, Ig A, Ig M, Ig G were significantly higher than the control group, and P〈0.05; hs CRP index, the observation group was significantly lower than that of control group（P〈0.05）,the difference was statistically sighificant. Conclusion Patients with sepsis combined with conventional nutrition alanyl glutamine support treatment, can not only improve the metabolism and immune response in patients with high phenomenon, can control inflammation, reduce body injury, provide a good foundation for the body to work on the prognosis of patients.
