同步放化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌53例临床疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of 53 Cases of Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Treated with Concurrent Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy

目的探讨同步放化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法方便选取该院2012年7月—2016年7月收治的105例非小细胞肺癌患者分为两组,观察组53例给予同步放化疗治疗,对照组52例给予单纯放疗治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组、对照组总有效率分别为83.02%、57.69%,两组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组2年无病生存率分别为77.36%、46.43%,3年无病生存率分别为71.70%、38.46%,两组生存率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组、对照组不良反应总发生率分别为22.64%、21.15%,两组不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论同步放化疗治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的近期临床疗效较佳,2年无病生存率及3年无病生存率较高,不良反应发生率低,效果显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer. Methods Convenient selection 105 cases of non-small cell lung cancer patients admitted in our hospital in July 2012 to July 2016 were divided into two groups, 53 cases in observation group were given concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for treatment, 52 cases in the control group were given radiotherapy alone for treatment, the clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group and the control group were83.02%, 57.69%, the total efficiency of two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）; 2 years disease-free survival rate of the observation group and the control group were 77.36%, 46.43%, 3 year survival rates were 71.70%, 38.46%, the difference of the survival rate of the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; the adverse reaction rate of the observation group and the control group were 22.64% and 21.15%, the difference of adverse reaction rate between the two groups was not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Recent clinical efficacy of concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy in the treatment of non small cell lung cancer patients is better, 2 year disease-free survival rate and 3 year disease-free survival rate is high, adverse reaction rate is low, the effect is significant.
