阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体感染的用药效果分析与研究

Analysis and Research on the Effect of Azithromycin in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Infection

目的研究阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体感染的用药效果。方法随机选取2014年3月—2015年11月该院小儿支原体感染患儿100例。随机分为两组,所有患儿给予平喘止咳、退热等常规治疗,在此基础上,红霉素组应用红霉素,阿奇霉素组应用阿奇霉素。比较1小儿支原体感染治疗效果;2发烧、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音持续时间;3不良反应发生情况。结果 1阿奇霉素组较之红霉素组小儿支原体感染治疗效果更高,其中,阿奇霉素组为94%,红霉素组为80%,P<0.05;2阿奇霉素组较之红霉素组发烧、咳嗽、喘息、肺部啰音持续时间(3.11±0.42)、(5.51±1.61)、(4.67±0.82)、(7.23±1.66)d更短,P<0.05。3两组患儿均无严重不良反应发生,阿奇霉素组和红霉素组不良反应发生率分别为6%和8%,P>0.05。结论阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体感染的用药效果确切,可促进临床症状消退,安全可靠,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma infection in children. Methods Random selection 100 cases of children with mycoplasma infection in our hospital from March 2014 to November 2015 in were selected.Were randomly divided into two groups,all patients given conventional treatment of relieving cough,fever and so on,on this basis, erythromycin group with erythromycin azithromycin group with azithromycin.Compare 1 treatment of children with mycoplasma infection; 2have a fever, cough,wheezing, lung rale duration. 3the occurrence of adverse reactions. Results 1 The azithromycin group than erythromycin group mycoplasma infection treatment effect is more high, the azithromycin group was 94%, erythromycin group was 80%,P〈0.05; 2 The azithromycin group than erythromycin group have a fever, cough, wheezing, lung rale duration（3.11±0.42）,（5.51±1.61）,（4.67±0.82）,（7.23±1.66）d shorter,P〈0.05.3There were no serious side effects in the two groups, and the incidence of side effects of azithromycin group and erythromycin group were 6% and 8%, respectively,P〉0.05.Conclusion The effect of azithromycin in treatment of mycoplasma infection in children is exact,can promote clinical symptoms subside,safe and reliable, it is worth promoting.
