复方苦参注射液对减轻晚期恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应以及临床疗效的影响

Influence and Clinical Efficacy of Compound Radix Sophora Flavescentis Injection Reducing Toxic and Side Effect of Advanced Malignant Neoplasm-Chemotherapy

目的观察复方苦参注射液对减轻晚期恶性肿瘤化疗不良反应以及临床疗效的影响。方法方便选取2013年1月—2016年7月晚期恶性肿瘤患者60例为研究对象,随机法分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规化疗和对症治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予复方苦参注射液治疗,对比两组毒副反应和临床疗效。结果治疗组有效率为33.3%;对照组有效率为30%;两组疗效对比差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;治疗组Ⅲ~Ⅳ级肝功异常、骨髓抑制、胃肠反应发生率分别为0%、10.0%、16.7%,对照组分别为13.3%、33.3%、43.3%,治疗组治疗组Ⅲ~Ⅳ级肝功异常、骨髓抑制、胃肠反应反应率均比对照组低（P〈0.05）。结论复方苦参注射液用于晚期恶性肿瘤化疗对化疗疗效改善不明显,但能够减轻不良反应,尤其对Ⅲ~Ⅳ级化疗不良反应减轻效果显著。

Objective To observe the influence and clinical efficacy of compound radix？sophora？flavescentis？injection reducing toxic and side effect of advanced malignant neoplasmchemotherapy. Methods 60 cases with advanced malignant neoplasmchemotherapy treated in our hospital from January 2013 to July 2016 were selected as research objects and were divided into two groups randomly, the treatment group and the control group. The control group received conventional chemotherapy and symptomatic treatment, based on which the treatment group was treated with compound radix sophora flavescentis？injection. The toxic and side effect and clinical efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 33.3%, and that of the control group was 30%. There was no statistical significance for the efficacy between two groups（P〉0.05）. The incidence rate of the Ⅲ-Ⅳ level abnormal liver function, bone marrow suppression and reaction rate of gastro-intestinal reaction of the treatment group was 0%,10.0% and 16.7%, and that of the control group was 13.3%,33.3% and 43.3%. The Ⅲ-Ⅳ level abnormal liver function, bone marrow suppression and reaction rate of gastro-intestinal reaction of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compound radix？sophora？flavescentis？injection for advanced malignant neoplasmchemotherapy has no evident effect for chemotherapy,but it can reduce toxic and side effect, especially it has evident effect of reducing toxic and side effect of Ⅲ - Ⅳ level chemotherapy.
