四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌消化性溃疡患者溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌消除率及不良反应发生率的影响

Quadruple Therapy,the Healing Rate of Helicobacter Pylori to Eliminate the Incidence Rate and Adverse Reaction of Helicobacter Pylori in Patients with Peptic Ulcer Ulcer

目的研究四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌消化性溃疡患者的影响。方法随机选取2014年4月—2015年12月该院幽门螺旋杆菌消化性溃疡患者150例。根据治疗方法随机分为三联组75例和四联组75例。比较治疗效果。结果四联组溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌消除率分别为97.33%、80.00%,而三联组溃疡愈合率、幽门螺杆菌消除率分别为82.67%和70.67%,P<0.05。三联组干预后SAS焦虑评分、SDS抑郁评分分别为(48.73±2.13)分和47.44±3.55)分,四联组分别为(40.89±2.12)分和(40.12±3.25)分。三联组干预后SF-36量表生活质量总分为(85.46±6.25)分,四联组为93.73±5.13)分,P<0.05。结论四联疗法对幽门螺旋杆菌消化性溃疡患者治疗效果确切,值得推广。

Objective To study the effect of quadruple therapy on Helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcer. Methods 150 cases of patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from April 2014 to December 2015 were selected. According to the Methods Random selection treatment were randomly divided into combined group of 75 cases and 75 cases of tetralogy of Fallot group. Compare treatment effect. Results Four group healing rate of ulcer, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate were 97.33%, 80%, and triple group healing rate of ulcer, Helicobacter pylori eradication rate were 82.67% and 70.67%, P〈0.05. Sanlian Group after the intervention SAS scores of anxiety and SDS depression scores were（48.73 ± 2.13）points and（47.44 ±3.55）points, four groups were（40.89 ± 2.12）points and（40.12 ± 3.25）points. Sanlian Group after the intervention of SF-36 scale scores of quality of life was（85.46 ± 6.25） points, four group is（93.73 ± 5.13）points, P〈0.05.Conclusion Quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori in patients with peptic ulcer treatment effect, worthy of promotion.
