精神科护士负性情绪与沉默行为的相关分析

Analysis of correlation between negative emotion and silence behavior of psychiatric nurses

目的:调查精神科护士负性情绪与沉默行为的现状,并分析两者间的相关性。方法:采取方便抽样法,用护士工作负性情绪问卷和沉默行为量表对603名精神科护士进行调查。结果:精神科护士负性情绪得分为(34.35±6.53)。沉默行为得分(37.66±6.46)均处于中等水平。工作负性情绪与沉默行为呈正相关(r=0.603),精神科护士负性情绪与沉默行为各维度呈正相关(均P<0.01)。年龄、职称、无奈感、无助感、无意义感可作为沉默行为的主要预测因素,可解释其42.2%的变异性。结论:精神科护士负性情绪对沉默行为产生正向影响。医院管理者应重视护士负性情绪和沉默行为,通过降低精神科护士的负性情绪减少护士的沉默行为。

Objective： To investigate status of negative emotions and silence behavior in psychiatric nurses and explore the correlation between them. Methods： 603 psychiatric nurses were recruited according to the convenient sampling method,and were investigated with the negative emotion scale and work silence behavior scale. Results： The scores of the negative emotions and the silence behavior were（ 34.35±6.53） and（ 37. 66 ± 6. 46）,respectively,and both of them were at the medial level. The negative emotions was positively related to the silence behavior（ r = 0.603）. The negative emotions of the psychiatric nurses were related to all dimensions of silence behavior positively（ all P〈0.01）. Age,title,department,frustration,helplessness and meaningless could be the main predictors of silence behavior,and explained 42.2% of its variance. Conclusions： The negative emotions of the psychiatric nurses could produce positive influence to the silence behavior. The hospital managers should focus on the negative emotions of and silence behavior the nurses,and reduce the silence behavior by reducing the negative emotions.
