口腔保健行为对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制状况与生活质量之间的中介效应

Mediating effect of oral health behaviors between disease control condition and life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的:观察口腔保健行为对2型糖尿病患者疾病控制状况与生活质量之间的中介效应。方法:采用口腔保健行为调查表(QAOHB)、糖尿病控制状况评价量表(CSSD70)和糖尿病特异性生活质量量表(DSQL)对300例2型糖尿病患者进行调查,通过多元线性逐步回归分析检验疾病管理能力的中介效应。结果:12型糖尿病患者的QAOHB总分为(10.18±3.15)分,CSSD70评价总分为(84.42±9.84)分,DSQL总分为(105.20±12.43)分;2双变量相关分析显示疾病自我管理能力,疾病控制状况和生活质量之间均存在一定的相关性(P<0.01);3中介效应检验显示,口腔保健行为的中介效应为0.1665,中介效应与总效应之比的比值为0.3823,直接效应与总效应之比为0.6177。结论:2型糖尿病患者口腔保健行为在疾病控制状况与生活质量之间具有显著的中介作用,提高口腔保健行为有助于患者的良好康复。

Objective： To explore mediating effect of oral health behaviors between disease control condition and life quality in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods： Three hundreds patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were evaluated using the questionnaire about oral health behaviors（ QAOHB）,the control status scale for diabetes（ CSSD70） and the diabetes specific quality of life scale（ DSQL）. The mediating effect of disease management ability was tested with the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis. Results：（ 1） The total scores of the QAOHB,CSSD70 and DSQL were 10.18（ SD = 3.15）,84.42（ SD = 9.84）,105.20（ SD = 12.43）,separately.（ 2） The bivariate correlation analysis showed that there were certain correlations among the disease self-management ability,the disease control condition and the life quality（ P〈0.01）.（ 3） The mediating effect test showed that the mediating effect of the oral health behaviors was 0.1665,and the ratio of it to the total effect was 0.3823,and the ratio of the direct effect to the total effect was0.6177. Conclusions： The oral health behaviors have a significant mediating role between the disease control condition and the life quality in the patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,and improving the oral health behaviors could help the patients to recover better.
