社区学校现状与发展研究——以上海地区社区学校建设为例

On the Present Situation and Development of Community Schools——a case study of the community schools construction in Shanghai

在社区建设及其为了社区人的发展的推动下,社区教育发展到何种程度,作为其载体的社区学校就应发展到何种程度。社区学校建设对社区教育的存在与发展具有不可或缺的支撑、承载和促进作用。对社区学校现状的研究,回溯其原点和定位,回顾其实体化、规范化和标准化建设过程,从中探寻社区学校存在的必然性、实然性和应然性。对社区学校发展的研究,在全景式考察的基础上探寻社区学校存在的价值、功能和作用,其演绎和前瞻的基本内容是:管理精简的社区学校办学体制机制,依法办学的社区学校办学管理制度,社区为根的社区学校办学内涵建设。社区学校受到社区民众的认可和喜爱,更为重要的是社区品格的塑造和服务品质的提升,强化社区学校办学的内涵建设。

The aim of community building is to help the growth and development of people liv-ing in the community. As the carriers of community education, community schools should develop simultaneously as community education develops. This paper studies the current situation of commu-nity schools, and goes back to their origins, reviewing their growing process of substantiation, nor-malization and standardization, and exploring the verity, inevitability and necessity of the existence of community schools. By study the value, function and influence of community schools on the basis of a panoramic investigation,the paper discusses a streamlined management system, a law - based management system, and a community - based construction system of community schools. Its popu-larity lies more in the building of community character, the improvement of service quality and the strengthening the connotation building of community schools.
