摘要
本文从学习动机理论入手,以改革开放以来成人学习动机对社会需求的回应为标准,将成人学习动机的变迁划分为四个阶段,指出教育理念的转变、物质条件的提高、教育体制的改革等因素影响着成人学习动机。针对成人学习动机的变化,本文从满足学生需求、坚持开放办学、开展特色教育、促进职成融合等四个方面提出了应对措施,以期为进一步激发、维持和强化成人学习动机和顺应后电大时期的成人教育提供参考。
Based on the adult learning motivation theory, this paper divides the process of the adult learning motivation responding to the needs of society into four stages since the reform and open-ing up, and points out that the motivation of adult learners is influenced by the transformation of edu-cational concepts, the improvement of the material condition, and the reform of the educational system. Then puts forward some counter - measures for the future adult education.
