高职教师实践能力培养模式研究——以经济法教师为例

On the Practical Ability Training Mode of Higher Vocational College Teachers—— a case study of Economic Law teachers

高职高专是培养应用型人才的重要场所,高职教师的职业能力应重点发展专业实践能力,因为这是很多高职教师职业能力的短板。不仅是高职教师应高度重视教师实践能力的提升,高职院校和教育部门都应积极调整人才选拔机制、教师考评机制、师资培训机制等配套措施,鼓励教师提高专业实践能力,达到高职高专的教师资格要求。

Higher Vocational College is an important place to cultivate applied talents, the vo-cational ability of higher vocational college teachers should focus on the development of professional practical ability, because this is a weakness of many teachers. Not only the teachers should pay more attention to improvement of practical ability, but higher vocational colleges and administrative department of education should actively adjust the talent selection system, teacher evaluation system , teacher training system and other supporting measures, to encourage teachers to improve their pro-fessional ability and to reach the requirements of Higher Vocational College teachers.
